Just now I wrote the following email to election commission today after meeting the DM.

Dear sir,
Free and fair election is the prime and only concern of election commission and District Magistrate being the returning officer cant have a different one.Dr. Kumar vishwas is contesting as AAP candidate from Amethi against Sh. Rahul Gandhi of Cong and has faced humongous problems and life threatening attacks during his campaign. More than 100 volunteers have been hurt with intensity ranging from mild to severe. Women were beaten but no culprit was ever caught. We even gave exact information of whereabouts of the culprits but no action was taken just because they were part of the entourage of Mr. Gandhi and staying at munshigunj. On the other hand, for no rhyme or reason many complaints have been entertained by the police and lodged FIRs against us. One false case at the hands of Amar ujala under sections as severe as 3 and 5 of SC/ST act was lodged against 4 of our senior persons while the proofs were all against him. Many torturous events at the hands of police have been reported to you earlier but so far not even one station officer has been acted against.One of our senior volunteers viz. O P Kashyap ii was picked up by Gaurigunj police station at midnight but failed to respond the why of the same. He qas released only in the morning. We have confirmed reports that on a large scale booth rigging and capturing are scheduled to take place tomorrow. Dr. Kumar needs me as his legal person to handle any untoward incident of the aforesaid nature but an application for the same has not even been accepted by the Sh. Jagat Raj what to say of his decision.An application for handing over the area to central forces, another one for cctv monitoring and video recording of all the booths and third one against dummy candidates and avoidance of conflicting election symbol were received by Sh. Raj long ago but no decision has been given.In view of the above I request to allow me stay here tomorrow and also ensure 100% video recording of all the booths.
